How many times have you been at a conference to find that your most memorable learning experiences are in informal conversations outside of the formal presentations? CEE is excited to offer a ½ day of unconference to give time and space for those discussions. As an expert conference, CEE's attendees have valuable knowledge to share. Every attendee will have the opportunity and option to pitch a topic for discussion related to this year's theme “Celebrating Creativity”. Participants can then decide which topics they want to attend, affording a customizable learning experience. And the main rule is the “The Law of Two Feet", as you are encouraged to use your feet to move from discussion to discussion if you feel you are not learning or contributing , de facto “cross-pollinating” across topics.
ICSC 50th Anniversary Celebration
The International Center for Studies in Creativity is turning 50 and we plan on celebrating! Join us at the Statler for what is sure to be a memorable night of food, fun, and of course, creativity.
*Cocktail attire recommended.
As the saying goes, "Less is more." CEE talks follow that principle. In deepening our successful CEE talks from last year, we will be presenting a full day of short “TED-like” talks to expand our shared experience around applied creativity and innovation. You will hear from experts from different fields of creativity (education, science, entertainment, art...) and different backgrounds (alumni, faculty, scholars and the broader community). These presentations are intended to be brief and thought-provoking snapshots of the current pulse of creativity and innovation.
